Hub nazionale a supporto delle politiche partecipative
Dibattito (pubblico) opere-territorio: facciamolo funzionare! Lunedì 10 giugno dalle 15 alle 16 online su Zoom
Il rapporto fra chi propone le opere e il territorio che dovrebbe accoglierle è un elemento critico e deve funzionare a vantaggio di tutti.
Questo è il tema dell’incontro aperto organizzato dall’area di lavoro Partecipazione per la qualità delle opere pubbliche della Comunità di pratiche dell’Hub Partecipazione, nel corso del quale vorremmo raccogliere idee e proposte su come promuovere il fondamentale rapporto opere-territorio.
L’Italia si è dotata nel 2016 di una normativa sul dibattito pubblico recentemente semplificata con l’effetto di ridurre molto l’interazione virtuosa fra chi propone un’opera e il territorio che dovrebbe accoglierla. Ma un rapporto opere-territorio ben funzionante migliora i progetti e accelera le procedure. Questo emerge da decine di studi e di buone pratiche in tutto il mondo.
L’area di lavoro si è data il compito di analizzare i processi di dibattito pubblico e soprattutto di diffondere informazione e promuovere la cultura della relazione opere-territorio. In questo includiamo anche le azioni volontarie che pur discostandosi dallo schema ufficiale ne mantengono l’obiettivo, cioè far funzionare questa importante relazione a beneficio dei (buoni) progetti e nel rispetto dei territori.
