+Nel primo incontro dell'Area di lavoro, svolto il 3 luglio 2023, i partecipanti hanno proposto di suggerire alle pubbliche amministrazioni che vogliono promuovere percorsi partecipativi di prevedere un tempo e un budget dedicati alla fase di preparazione: l'attività iniziale di ascolto, (detta anche Outreach) ritenuta indispensabile per creare un clima di fiducia e per condividere il “patto partecipativo” che permette a un percorso di partire bene.
